The world of streaming services has become bigger then ever in the last few years, with millions of users watching on multiple platforms daily. According to Forbes, a study of 1,000 Americans, 99% of them pay for at least one streaming subscription, while the average household uses about 2 streaming services daily. This shows just how important these platforms have impacted our daily lives.

When it comes to the top streaming services, Netflix still leads the pack, with about 55% of users choosing it as their go-to platform. Close behind are Amazon Prime Video with 51%, Disney+ at 49%, and ESPN+ with 44%. All of these services are still a big part as they make up the rest of the streaming services landscape.

Still even with all these people using their services, it hasn’t come without any issues. Rising costs have become a major issue with everyone as Americans are spending around $46 per month on subscriptions. Because of this, many users are starting to cut back, proving that even the most popular streaming services must constantly compete for attention and value.

Overall, streaming services dominate how we watch TV, movies, and even sports. As prices continue to rise and options grow in what services come up next, the future of streaming services will depend on trying to balancing cost, content, and convenience for their users.
